Our policy's purpose

Encourage them to conduct themselves in a manner that supports the organisation's commitment to providing equal opportunities in employment while preventing bullying, harassment, victimisation, and unlawful discrimination.


Take all complaints of bullying, harassment, victimisation, and unlawful discrimination seriously and deal with them as misconduct under the organisation's grievance and disciplinary procedures.


Create opportunities for training, development, and progress available to all staff members. Make decisions concerning staff on merit, with only necessary and limited exemptions and exceptions allowed under the Equality Act.


Review employment practices and procedures when necessary to ensure fairness and update them and the policy to take account of changes in the law.


Monitor the makeup of the workforce regarding information such as age, sex, ethnic background, sexual orientation, religion or belief, and disability in encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion.
