About the company:
We're looking for a Product Designer to join an international SaaS product for document management, already used by thousands of people.
Users typically arrive with a specific intent: to quickly prepare, edit, assemble, or format a document. In products like this, the first experience matters enormously - the user needs to immediately understand that their problem is solved here, without unnecessary steps, cognitive overload, or a lengthy onboarding process.
The designer will work on areas that directly drive growth: landing pages, onboarding, paywall, and the journey from first visit to payment. The goal isn't just to make the product look good - it's to communicate its value quickly and remove everything that stands between the user and their result.

Why this role matters:
The team is building the acquisition function almost from scratch. A Product Manager is already in place, and the designer will be the second key person in this area. The primary focus will be on landing pages, so strong visual skills are essential alongside a product mindset - you'll need to turn hypotheses, structure, and data into design that looks great and drives conversion. There's no established process yet - you'll build it together with the PM: how to approach landing pages, prioritize hypotheses, run experiments, and evaluate results.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing landing pages, onboarding flows, paywalls, and other acquisition funnel touchpoints
- Improving the user journey from first visit to payment
- Collaborating with the PM and engineers on hypotheses and experiments
- Tracking metrics: conversion rate, CPA, drop-offs, A/B tests
- Running usability tests and interviews, and analyzing user behavior
- Writing and testing copy independently
- Using AI tools to prototype and validate ideas faster
Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS products, especially with acquisition, growth, landing pages, or onboarding.
You should be able to:
Experience with Framer, Webflow, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools for rapidly building prototypes and landing pages is a plus.
You should be able to:
- Work confidently in Figma
- Understand how design impacts conversion and product metrics
- Work without detailed specs - dig into a problem, propose a solution, and see it through
- Use AI tools as part of your workflow
Experience with Framer, Webflow, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools for rapidly building prototypes and landing pages is a plus.
Work format & conditions:
- Fully remote: work from anywhere (an individual entrepreneur registration outside of Russia is required). Employment via Deel.
- Salary range: $6,000–8,000 gross, open to discussion.
- The company covers courses, books, subscriptions, software, and conferences.
