Performance Marketing Manager (Archive)

LOCATION:
Full remote or hybrid (The UK)
Remote (Europe).
SALARY: up to £40000-70000 annually (discussed individually with each candidate) and benefits package.

A UK-based EdTech company is looking for the Performance Marketing Manager to join their team!

The company helps and supports aspiring entrepreneurs to launch their dream business through expert-led coaching, community & content, making entrepreneurship more accessible to everyone.

Last year the company has raised $4M in seed funding from the UK's and Silicon Valley's leading VCs. The launch phase has been extremely successful and the company is ready to take the next step to expand the team, accelerate product innovation and scale up growth.

Right now they are looking for a proactive and self-driven Performance Marketing Manager with good interpersonal and communication skills, to bring their expertise to the company and to support the product in it's high scale phase. This position is an exciting opportunity to join the team of passionate experts and be a part of a creative business in a rapidly growing and positively changing sector!

What you will do:
  • Daily run rate of activated customers joining the company from multiple channels
  • Channel investment strategy and biddable media to achieve agreed targets
  • Working closely with the IT team and ensure a flawless low friction customer journey for new customer acquisition
  • Using best practice for landing pages and webinar funnels and pass off leads to Telemarketing/convert on site
  • Using data and analytics with visualization to bring progress to light for the business and act as a tool to make investment decisions
  • Managing an affiliate network initiative that raises awareness of the products and delivers sales conversion at a profitable CAC as agreed
  • Building and nurturing a range of media and marketing partnerships with the CMO in support of raising awareness and driving high quality of leads.

What you will need:
  • About 3-4 years of experience in either a performance media agency environment or client side, managing end to end performance activity and able to take a macro level view in support of business goals.
  • To be a self starter and strive for success.
  • A love of detail and data to both make decisions and to galvanize the business to a rhythm of test, learn and adapt.
  • Great understanding of account setup, bid strategy and the ability to manage budgets across channels
  • A passion for working with a driven team focussed on creating impact for our founders/members and the growth of our business
  • The ability to understand the backend data
