As a recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing for top IT specialists;
- Working with both standard and non-standard tools for candidate search;
- Conducting effective interviews;
- Interacting with clients at all stages of the recruitment process – from taking applications to the candidate's start of work;
- Maintaining a candidate database in the CRM system, we use Huntflow.
What we expect from you:
- At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment;
- Ability to multitask effectively;
- Capability to complete tasks and deliver results;
- Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision: we entrust our employees to manage their time and workload;
- Firm belief that no task in recruitment is impossible;
- Capacity to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations;
- IT mindset and a broad outlook;
- Proficiency in managing 5-10 positions simultaneously (the exact number depends on the complexity of the search);
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
