As a recruiter, you will be responsible for:
  • Sourcing for top IT specialists;
  • Working with both standard and non-standard tools for candidate search;
  • Conducting effective interviews;
  • Interacting with clients at all stages of the recruitment process – from taking applications to the candidate's start of work;
  • Maintaining a candidate database in the CRM system, we use Huntflow.

What we expect from you:
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment;
  • Ability to multitask effectively;
  • Capability to complete tasks and deliver results;
  • Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision: we entrust our employees to manage their time and workload;
  • Firm belief that no task in recruitment is impossible;
  • Capacity to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations;
  • IT mindset and a broad outlook;
  • Proficiency in managing 5-10 positions simultaneously (the exact number depends on the complexity of the search);
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
