What you’ll do:
- Search for the best IT and Digital specialists around the world
- Use both classic and creative sourcing tools
- Conduct smart, in-depth interviews
- Communicate with clients at all stages from the first brief to the candidate’s start date
- Keep candidate data up to date in our CRM
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Ability to multitask and deliver results
- Self-management - we trust you to plan your time and workload
- Confidence that in recruitment, nothing is impossible
- Resilience - you stay calm even during tough searches
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in technology
- Readiness to manage 5–10 vacancies at once (depending on complexity)
- Fluent English - a must! (We don’t consider candidates without it)
