The idea grew out of something the founders kept seeing as they scaled their own companies: the team grows, more managers come on board, priorities drift apart, decisions get lost, and the left hand no longer knows what the right one is doing. Yet almost everything that decides a company's fate is said out loud on work calls - and that's exactly where it gets lost. The founders have already built a company with $100M ARR and a $1B+ valuation. This time the goal is to reach a comparable scale not in 10 years, but in 2-3.

The real challenge isn't building CRUD; it's working with external LLMs, memory, cost optimization, and real-world testing.

What you'll be working on:
The company is looking for two engineers, each focused on one part of a larger system - from the voice agent that sits in on work calls and draws conclusions from transcripts, to the entire product around the core: onboarding, billing, dashboards, analytics, and dev infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Own the vision: design and build the hardest parts of the product, where AI breaks - thinking the system through end to end;
- Set up a workflow where AI writes the code and you own the architecture and the outcome;
- Make technical decisions independently and defend them to the founders;
- Work with the founders in the first weeks to shape the timeline and break the work into stages - there's no ready-made backlog or top-down deadlines;
- Stay focused on your part of the product without switching to everything else;
- Lead a small development team if the need arises.
Who the team is looking for:
- A full-stack developer who grew out of backend, or a backend developer who isn't afraid to fix something on the front end;
- Experience at startups whose essence is technology, not CRUD;
- Experience managing a small team, with the last few years spent actively coding;
- High level of ownership: the ability to independently go all the way from a vague business problem to a shipped product and a measured result;
- AI-nerd: AI writes all the code, but you understand exactly what needs to be done and think through the system's architecture as a whole;
- Experience with Nest.js / Next.js;
- Conversational English, B2 and up.
Working Conditions:
- Remote, 9:00–18:00 CET. Ideally you're based in Europe;
- B2B contract, flexible payment method;
- The offer includes equity with vesting;
