Due to expansion, we’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join the team and work alongside a recruiter.

What you’ll do:
• Working in a team with a recruiter: participating in job briefings and building sourcing strategy • Finding and actively using various tools and sources to search for candidates • Writing compelling outreach messages and job posting descriptions • Building a candidate pipeline and logging information into the database • Coordinating initial screenings with candidates
What we expect from you:
• At least 1 year of experience as a tech sourcer • Knowledge of the specifics of technical roles and understanding of where and how to find such specialists • Knowledge of search methods, tools, and sources • Experience working with CRM systems for candidate database management and reporting • Understanding of the agency model: ability to work toward results and adapt to the requirements of different clients • Ability to organize your own work independently and prioritize • A desire to grow in IT recruitment
• Fluent English is a must-have! We do not consider candidates without English proficiency. Note: our team is Russian-speaking and internal communication is in Russian. • For operational and legal reasons, we only consider candidates located outside Russia
