The company operates as a fast-moving product studio, where product, marketing, data, and creative teams work closely to launch, test, and scale digital products. In recent years, the focus has shifted toward subscription-based business models with strong long-term unit economics.
As part of their next growth phase, our client is building a dedicated team to develop and scale web versions of their mobile products. We are looking for a Web Growth Manager / Product Manager (Web) who will play a key role in launching and scaling web products from scratch.
What You’ll Do:
Build and scale web products based on existing mobile apps
Design and optimize web funnels and user journeys
Own and improve monetization flows (pricing, paywalls, subscriptions, upsells)
Launch and manage A/B tests to improve conversion and retention
Work closely with marketing, analytics, design, and engineering teams
Analyze product and business metrics to identify growth opportunities
Contribute to payment system setup and optimization
Drive hypothesis-driven experimentation and rapid iteration
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Web Product roles
Hands-on experience with web funnels and monetization
Strong understanding of conversion optimization and experimentation
Proven experience working with B2C digital products (mobile apps, subscriptions, or consumer web)
Solid knowledge of key metrics: CR, ARPU, LTV, CAC, retention, ROI
Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in subscription-based products
Background in companies with strong web expertise (e.g., product studios, growth-driven environments)
Product trainings such as Reforge or GoPractice
Working Conditions:
Salary: €40,000 – €90,000 per year (flexible based on experience)
Remote work (Europe time zones)
Contract type: B2B or payroll (depending on location)
