User Acquisition Manager (Mobile Subscriptions)

Roles like this don’t come up often: full ownership of 1–2 mobile subscription apps, real budget responsibility, and direct access to senior decision-makers.

Context:

We’re supporting an international mobile product company with a portfolio of ~15 apps. The business has been scaling subscriptions / in-app purchases as a core growth engine.

Why this role matters:

They’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will own growth outcomes end-to-end for 1-2 apps: strategy, experimentation, creative direction, testing, scaling, and performance reporting and who can also push product-level improvements when performance needs it.

What you’ll do:

  • Own UA strategy and execution for 1-2 apps.
  • Drive growth experimentation: hypotheses → tests → analysis → scaling.
  • Lead the creative performance loop: briefs, scripting, iterations, and feedback with producers/freelancers.
  • Run, optimize, and scale paid campaigns with decision-ready reporting.
  • Collaborate with product/analytics to improve conversion and subscription performance.

What they’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years of full-time experience in Performance Marketing / UA for mobile subscription apps (IAP).
  • Deep hands-on expertise in at least one major paid channel (Google / Meta / TikTok), ideally strong in Google + Meta.
  • Proven contribution to scaling a mobile app with meaningful budgets ($10M+ total UA spend; also relevant: $500K–$1M monthly with clear ownership).
  • Calm, structured execution in scaling environments; strong sense of ownership over outcomes.

Compensation & benefits:
