We’re looking for a strong UX/UI designer (mobile-first) to design complex interaction systems for an AI-native product. This is not about “drawing screens.” This is about building UX systems, product logic, and interaction patterns.

About the Product:

This is an AI-native operating system that replaces traditional apps with a unified intelligent layer. Instead of dozens of interfaces - one system that handles tasks, workflows, and communication for you.

UI Today, AI mostly lives in chat interfaces - essentially the “command line” of the AI era.
This product is building the next step: adaptive interfaces that change based on user intent and AI behavior.

What you’ll do:

  • Design complex UX flows and systems
  • Work on design systems and their scalability
  • Create interfaces for AI-driven scenarios
  • Collaborate closely with engineers Iterate quickly (Figma + code + AI)
  • Contribute to a mobile-first product

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong UX-first mindset
  • Experience with: complex UX systems & building and evolving design systems
  • Technical mindset - comfortable working at the intersection of design and engineering
  • Experience with mobile products
  • Confident English (B2+)

Nice to Have:

  • Strong UI skills (visual design, animation, prototyping)
  • Experience actively using AI in your workflow
  • Strong UI copywriting in English

Stack & approach:

  • Figma + AI + code (Claude Code)
  • Fast UX and prototyping iterations
  • Design is deeply integrated with engineering
  • AI is embedded into daily workflows

Location & setup:

  • The team is London-centric, and being based there is ideal, but remote work is possible (EU timezone ±3 hours).
  • Relocation and visa support are available for candidates who want to move.
  • English is the working language.
  • Compensation is flexible and shaped around strong candidates rather than fixed bands, with employment via a UK entity or B2B setup for remote hires.
