The company’s key assets include:
• Trading infrastructure for both crypto and traditional markets
• AI models and research pipelinesused directly in trading decision-making
• Next-generation computing systems, including experiments with novel hardware and performance-critical software
The fund builds trading systems at the intersection of financial markets, AI, and frontier technologies. It operates its own AI research lab, has stable long-term funding, and access to experimental hardware. At the current stage, the company is entering a phase where research is being reinforced by engineering and trading, including the development of high-frequency trading (HFT) system with strict latency and reliability requirements, and is looking for an HFT Core Engineer (C++).

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop core HFT infrastructure from scratch
- Build a high-performance runtime for market data ingestion and order execution
- Develop a backtesting system for trading strategies
- Participate in architecture design and key technical decisions
- Optimize systems for low latency and high throughput
- Collaborate closely with research team
Requirements:
- Profound experience with C++
- Experience in HFT
- Background in high-performance and low-latency systems
- Experience building systems or architecture from scratch
- Solid understanding of performance optimization and system design
- Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
Location & Format:
- Hybrid work in Amsterdam
