We#nbsp;are seeking a#nbsp;Full Stack Lead with a#nbsp;strong technical background and leadership skills to#nbsp;join a#nbsp;promising and fast-growing StartUp.
It#nbsp;is a#nbsp;small technical team (40 people), with a#nbsp;startup atmosphere. You will lead the Application team. The team consists of#nbsp;5 people: 2 fronts, 1 full-back developer, 2 solidity. As#nbsp;a#nbsp;Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to#nbsp;influence processes, make key technological decisions, optimize and improve the operation of#nbsp;applications in#nbsp;every possible way.
Responsibilities
—#nbsp;Lead a#nbsp;team of#nbsp;front-end and full stack developers; —#nbsp;Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end technologies, with a#nbsp;strong understanding of#nbsp;blockchain and decentralized technologies; —#nbsp;Collaborate with Product Manager to#nbsp;understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the web3 ecosystem; —#nbsp;Design and implement new features and enhancements, ensuring they are scalable and performant; —#nbsp;Stay up-to-date on#nbsp;emerging web3 technologies, decentralized protocols, and blockchain standards, and make recommendations for their integration into the development process; —#nbsp;Collaborate with other teams, such as#nbsp;smart contract developers and blockchain architects, to#nbsp;ensure a#nbsp;seamless and secure decentralized user experience.
Requirements
—#nbsp;Bachelor's degree in#nbsp;computer science, engineering, or#nbsp;a#nbsp;related field; —#nbsp;5+ years of#nbsp;experience in#nbsp;full stack development, with proficiency in#nbsp;both front-end and back-end technologies (NextJS, React Native, Graphql, Serverless platforms) and a#nbsp;strong understanding of#nbsp;blockchain and decentralized technologies; —#nbsp;High level of#nbsp;English proficiency; —#nbsp;Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to#nbsp;effectively lead and motivate a#nbsp;team; —#nbsp;Proven track record of#nbsp;writing clean, efficient, and secure code across multiple technologies, including familiarity with Solidity for smart contract development; —#nbsp;Knowledge of#nbsp;blockchain platforms and protocols, such as#nbsp;NEAR, Ethereum, or#nbsp;Solana; —#nbsp;Extensive experience with modern web3 development frameworks and technologies, such as#nbsp;web3. js, Truffle, and Ethereum tools; —#nbsp;Knowledge of#nbsp;cloud computing platforms, such as#nbsp;AWS or#nbsp;GCP; —#nbsp;Experience working in#nbsp;an#nbsp;Agile development environment, with a#nbsp;focus on#nbsp;decentralized application development.
