International B2B SaaS is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work in a tight loop with Sales & Growth Product to build a predictable pipeline through experiments, SEO/GEO, CRO, content distribution, and events.
A product in the mobile/app ecosystem that helps teams manage app reputation and presence at scale - user feedback, analytics, and workflows around app store performance.
What you’ll do:
Build and execute SEO & GEO strategy to grow organic traffic and discoverability
Own content production + distribution across channels (with a demand mindset)
Drive landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO
Generate leads via events and webinars (planning, messaging, follow-up mechanics)
Run paid acquisition where ROI can be clearly demonstrated
Launch segment-specific GTM motions together with Sales & Growth Product
How success is measured:
Primary: number of experiments, account score growth, qualified leads for Sales
Secondary: organic traffic and funnel conversion rates
