What you’ll do:
- Build and execute SEO & GEO strategy to grow organic traffic and discoverability
- Own content production + distribution across channels (with a demand mindset)
- Drive landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO
- Generate leads via events and webinars (planning, messaging, follow-up mechanics)
- Run paid acquisition where ROI can be clearly demonstrated
- Launch segment-specific GTM motions together with Sales & Growth Product
How success is measured:
- Primary: number of experiments, account score growth, qualified leads for Sales
- Secondary: organic traffic and funnel conversion rates
What they’re looking for:
Must-have:
- 3+ years in growth / demand gen in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical approach: hypotheses → experiments → learnings → next iteration
- Hands-on A/B testing + CRO experience
- Confident English
- Tools you’re comfortable with: Amplitude, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Sheets (Apps Script) + Asana/Slack/Intercom
- Mobile apps / gaming experience, product marketing background
Compensation & perks:
- Base €4,000–€6,000 gross / month
