There is an open position in the British IT company with relocation to London or an opportunity for remote work.

The company is a high-tech IT business that develops its own IT product. The company's product allows companies to understand their customers well, significantly increasing the quality of services. This is made possible by using the most advanced tools and AI technologies. The product is used by a lot of big companies such as Uber, HelloFresh, Transferwise, and Skyscanner to name a handful! The company has existed for 6 years and has grown to 50 people. They were recently voted as the fastest-growing tech company in the UK by Deloitte and among the fastest-growing companies in Europe in the FT1000.

The company is looking for a Senior Python engineer for the development of the backend for Machine learning. This specialist will work between the backend (Ruby) and Data Science (Python) teams.

The colleagues are looking for an experienced specialist with:

It will be a big plus if you have an interest in ML/AI, a willingness to learn how ML frameworks work under the hood, experience with the Optimization of algorithms for massive data processing, parallel computing on GPUs and experience with Apache Airflow.

Since the team is international, this position also requires a certain level of English language (about B2+) that allows you to be interviewed and communicate with foreign colleagues.

In return the company offers:
  • A competitive salary (up to €8000 net per month, however, it is not a sharp limit and the salary range can be discussed according to your expectations and technical background!)
  • A €500 (yearly) personal development budget, a progression framework, unlimited access to a fully stocked library and biweekly Breakfast and Learns;
  • A flexible Health & Wellness benefits budget that can be spent on health insurance, physical and mental health or other needs (starting at €50pcm growing €25pcm for each year of service);
  • 25 days holiday (in addition to bank holidays) + 1 day for your birthday + 1 day for every year of service up to 5 years;
  • Perks include discounts on cinema tickets, utilities and more;
  • Flexible working conditions: an opportunity to work fully remotely or relocate to London conditional on a good performance in the first 6 months!

But the main advantage that the company can offer is an opportunity to join the team of passionate experts and contribute to one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and influence the core quality of a global product!
