We're looking for a Junior Quantitative Researcher to join a leading company in the field of algorithmic trading.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trading signals and predictive algorithms using mathematical models
- Work with large-scale financial datasets utilizing the company’s advanced computing infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with experienced researchers and team leads - strong mentorship from day one
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another highly quantitative discipline
- High academic performance (GPA 4.5+/5, 7+/10, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of statistics
- Proven ability to conduct independent research in competitive environments
- English proficiency at least at Intermediate level
Nice to Have:
- Demonstrated ability to solve both practical and analytical problems (through experience or achievements)
- Olympiad medals in quantitative disciplines (mathematics, physics, etc.), achievements in competitions such as Kaggle, hackathons, or academic contests
- Programming skills, especially in C++ and/or Python
- Understanding of machine learning methods and algorithms
- Knowledge of economics and finance
- Publications and a strong academic research background
