We’re supporting an international product company in mobile technology as they expand beyond app stores and build direct-to-consumer web funnels. The company has launched 200+ mobile apps since 2016, reaching 188M+ downloads and 50M+ monthly active users globally. Now they’re building a cross-functional team focused on web versions of proven mobile products. The Creative Producer / Creative Manager will own the full creative cycle: research, hypotheses, briefs, scripts, production, launch, analysis, and iteration. The focus is paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok, with YouTube / Google as a plus.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end creative cycle: research → hypothesis → briefs/scripts → production → launch → analysis → iteration
Develop and test creative concepts for paid social (Meta, TikTok; YouTube/Google as a plus)
Write clear briefs, hooks, scripts, and angles for static, video, UGC, and interactive formats
Work closely with designers, motion/video specialists, copywriters, and UGC creators
Analyze performance metrics and translate them into creative decisions
Continuously iterate and scale what works
What They’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in Creative Production / Creative Strategy / Creative Marketing roles
Experience in mobile apps, subscription products, consumer web, wellness, edtech, utilities, AI tools, or similar B2C digital products
Strong hands-on experience with paid social creatives (Meta, TikTok); Google/YouTube is a plus
Ability to own the full creative process - from research and concept to launch and iteration
Solid understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and how to use them in creative decisions
Experience creating high-converting creatives (hooks, scripts, angles) across video, static, and UGC formats
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with UA, designers, and production teams
Comfortable using research tools (e.g. Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center) and AI tools for ideation and production
English level B2+
Compensation & Setup:
The role is fully remote and open to candidates working within the GMT+3 ± time zone.
The compensation range for this position is 40k € - 70k € gross annually, depending on your experience (B2B contract).
