Our client is a young robotics company building robots for industrial production. Its robots have already been tested on real factory lines, and the company now has around 150 open roles.
The Talent team is adding three recruiters, and each one owns a stream: Technical, Executive or Operations. You'll work as an independent full-cycle recruiter, without a sourcer or coordinator. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Many of these roles barely existed two years ago, so a big part of the job is working out from scratch who the right person is and where they work today.

What you'll do:
- Own the full cycle for your stream, from sourcing strategy to accepted offer.
- For every new role, map the market: donor companies, competitors, keywords and the profiles worth approaching.
- Source directly with Boolean and X-Ray searches, LinkedIn and AI tools, and run outreach yourself.
- Work with the hiring manager on every role and keep several searches moving in parallel.
- Reach a first target of three accepted offers during the three-month probation.
The three streams:
- Technical: the engineers who build the robot, including robot AI (VLA), manipulation, hardware, systems engineering and software.
- Executive: leaders reporting to the CEO or working closely with them, such as Head of Delivery. This is mostly direct headhunting, with a calibration period at the start.
- Operations: manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales and business development, facilities, internal IT and security. Lots of variety and a fast pace.
Key requirements:
- Full-cycle experience: you've taken roles from sourcing strategy to signed offer on your own.
- Hands-on sourcing: you write Boolean and X-Ray strings yourself and know how to fix the ones AI tools generate.
- Fast ramp-up: you can crack a role you've never hired for by building your own market map.
- Volume: you're comfortable running many searches at once.
- For the Executive stream: you've closed Director and VP roles through direct search.
- Fluent English: all processes run in English.
- Right to work in the UK: visa sponsorship isn't available.
Nice to have:
- Experience hiring for robotics, AI, hardware or deep tech.
- Experience with Ashby, Juicebox or similar tools.
What the company offers:
- £90–100k base salary (ready to discuss), plus a bonus for every hire you close.
- Full-time, on-site work in the London office, five days a week.
- A UK employment contract.
- 30+ paid days off.
- Private healthcare and a pension with 8% total contribution.
- Any tools you want to work with, including Ashby, Juicebox, ChatGPT and Claude.
