We’re partnering with a team building a device that helps people manage their attention. It’s a physical product plus an app that helps you stay focused and shield yourself from distractions - at home or in the office. At its simplest, it’s a tool that signals to others that you’re currently unavailable: a small screen-based device that becomes part of your workspace. But the value goes deeper. The system manages the user’s context: it can silence notifications, change how apps behave, integrate with smart home systems, and tune the environment for work - lighting, sound, and modes. It’s not just a gadget and not just an app. It’s an attempt to give people back control of their attention in a world of constant distraction.
Responsibilities:
Define and develop product logic as a unified system
Work with user scenarios: focus modes, statuses, automations
Prioritize and drive the product roadmap
Ensure synchronization between device, application, and integrations
Work with feedback, hypotheses, and product metrics
Translate ideas into clear requirements and solutions
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Proven end-to-end product ownership
Required: experience with hardware / consumer devices / smart home products
Strong ownership and ability to work independently
Ability to structure ambiguity into clear solutions
Creative approach to hypothesis generation
English level B2 or higher
Conditions:
$7,000-$10,000 gross + bonuses (negotiable)
Remote work (excluding Russia and Belarus), UK time zone
