Senior SEO Specialist (Adult Project | RU → EU Expansion)

The project operates in the Adult niche. The team is currently focused on the Russian market and is preparing for expansion into European markets.

Responsibilities:

Validate and oversee the performance of external SEO contractors
Execute hands-on SEO optimization independently
Work closely with the development team
Contribute to building and scaling the overall SEO strategy
Manage competitive semantics and navigate SERP restrictions
Analyze SEO performance and identify growth opportunities

Required Experience:

Proven experience in grey niches in the Russian market (Casino / Adult / Dating)
Strong technical SEO expertise with 5+ years of experience
Experience promoting complex, highly competitive products
Willingness to work within the Adult industry

Conditions:

Competitive compensation in USD + KPI-based bonus ($4,000–$6,000; final level discussed individually based on candidate expectations, with potential revision after interviews)
