Right now the team is in need of a experienced and proactive HR generalists to cover the various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The new HR specialist will have the unique opportunity to grow professionally and to build the strong team of a HR-department around themselves in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary action, and employment law compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Experience working within an outsource company environment.
